Community guidelines

• Describe your own experience with the school as a whole.
• Focus on teaching quality, environment, communication, safety, food, facilities.
• Be specific but fair — concrete examples without identifying individuals.
• Update or delete your review if your situation changes.

• No naming staff or students. Don't name teachers, principals, other parents, or children — yours or anyone else's.
• No personal data. No phone numbers, email addresses, personnummer or home addresses.
• No sensitive details about individuals. Don't share another person's health, disability, diagnosis (e.g. ADHD, autism), religion, sexuality or family situation.
• No accusations of crime against named people unless there is a public court ruling.
• No harassment or slurs. No insults, threats, hate speech or personal attacks.
• No spam, ads or off-topic content.

Reviews are published immediately, but an automated filter checks each one. If it detects personal data, staff names, sensitive health terms or harassment patterns, the review is hidden and reviewed by a moderator before going public. Anyone signed in can also report a review using the Report button — reports go to the moderation queue.

Moderators may hide or delete reviews that break these rules. Repeated violations can lead to account suspension.

You can edit or delete your own review at any time from the school's page. Deletion is immediate. To delete your entire account and all your reviews, or to request a copy of your data, contact us via the email on the published site footer.

We are working on a verified school-response feature. In the meantime, if you are staff at a school and believe a review is defamatory or breaks these rules, use the Report button or contact us.
